How to do System Restore in Windows XP?

If you want to restore your Windows XP system to earlier time, do following steps:

1. Click Start
2. All Programs
3. Accessories
4. System tools
5. System restore

A wizard will open and it will guide you through the system restore process. This of course will only work if you have system restore setting turned on in the System Properties.
